"Great people to do business with. I ordered an FLSTCI in May for
December delivery. They sell at MSRP but require $1500 in
accessories or other merchandise if you are from outside their area.
I had to cancel my order in November due to a change in my financial
situation and they had no problem with refunding my $1000 deposit. When I
get ready to buy again in a year or two I will definitely check with them
first." - SM 12/01
"Dealer - I sent out over 100 e-mails to Harley dealers, looking for a
2002 or 2003 Ultra Electra Glide. Approximately 20% of the dealers
responded. No 2002's, and a very limited 2003 stock. 2003's ranged in
pricing from $3,000 to $6,000 over MSRP, and many dealerships would not
sell to anyone who lived over 100 miles from them, or you had to come in
person to leave a deposit, or you had to wait to next year to get a chance
(the privilege) at buying from them. H-D Central treated me as if I lived
next door to them, when in reality I'm over 900 miles away. They sold me
a new 2002 Ultra Glide, at MSRP. This dealership truly cares about
riders; they exhibited excellent customer service skills not found at many
dealerships today. I look forward to the day I visit them in person, and
I will spend my dollars with them every chance I get." - LS 08/02

"According to a well-known biker magazine, readers
have sent in letters claiming that this dealer sells bikes at or near
MSRP." "While my new FLHT was not purchased here, since most
current stock was sold, this will be my home shop. Lots of folks shop here
and prices are average Harley while the busy staff is still courteous and
helpful. A warning, the Pine Lake Road location is just a clothing
boutique." - DB 03/02 "I have visited several H-D Dealerships in the
Midwest. No Stealers at here, friendly folks, no take it or leave it
attitude either. Although I am yet to order my new Harley (can't get what I
want) I would buy from them and will place an order so as soon as I can." -
WF 06/02 "The people at Frontier are absolutely the best from the
cleanup guy all the way to the Owner. They sell at MSRP and generally have
an excellent selection of bikes, parts and accessories. They offer local
HOG club members 10% discount on parts and clothing purchases. They also
have a large number of rides to get new folks as involved they want to be.
I don't think you could possibly do better than Frontier." - MM 09/04 |

"I wanted to pass on my experiences recently with this firm. They are
situated right along side Interstate 80 in the middle of Nebraska, which
is handy for riders going this path across the nation. My wife and I were
visiting last Fall and stopped in for a price quote and were very
impressed with the entire operation. We received a phone call at the end
of the year to let us know that they had almost the entire line in stock
if we were still interested. A week later I was riding my trade-in to this
dealership over 200 miles away, in January. I dealt with the sales,
service and parts staff during the purchase and every single one were
bend-over-backward-nice, helpful and courteous. The prices were pretty
much MSRP and there were discounts for parts and accessories. Make a point
to stop at this big red building!" - DB 02/02 |

"My wife and I have been looking for a used Electra-Glide or Road King for
quite sometime. We called around and found a nice 2000 FLHTCI at Dillon
brothers. I drove thirty miles to see bike. Met with Sales manager that a
friend had suggested talking to. The bike was nice and had twenty five
thousand miles on it. I was very interested in bike and even had the
dealership do my credit paperwork. Told them I would like to come back
with my wife for final approval. I called the sales manager later and set
up an appointment to meet him with my wife. Talked to him several times
before appointment. We drove to dealership at appointed time and sales
manager I was working with had left to go to their other store without
calling me. We had every intention of buying this bike that night. I
talked to another sales person and found out bike had not been checked out
by their mechanics. The next day sales manager calls me and does say he
was sorry he missed us but doesn't seem sincere. I asked him to have bike
checked out by their shop and to make sure all recalls had been performed
and then to call me back. I then sent e-mails to other H-D dealers in 100
mile area that I knew of looking for similar bikes. I contacted Omaha H-D
and found a even nicer 2001 FLHTCI with only ten thousand miles and many
accessories on it for only five hundred dollars more than similar bike at
Dillon. We immediately placed a down payment on this bike and picked it
up a couple of days later. Dillon never even called me back for three
days. If they want to sell bikes to me they better show up at
appointments that they scheduled. This appointment was verified at least
twice with Sales manager and he still did not show." - RA 09/04 "Very nice, new facility with good inventory. We bought a used 2003
Ultra, along with several trips back for gear and a couple of parts.
Service is always excellent, prices are not bad for parts/clothes/gear and
look pretty good for the bikes as well. 10% discount if you bought a bike
there, new or used, which has saved us a lot. I've called the service
department a couple of times and each time the tech has saved me a trip
and $ by helping me fix it. These guys are top-notch, I highly recommend
them." - DB 06/05 |

"Omaha dealer took me directly into shop and
replaced rocker box gasket without wait while on the road back from
sturgiss. Total charge was under $50." - RW 1/00 "A real class act! My bike had just been totaled and my next bike,
a Heritage Softail Classic, wasn't due to ship for another year yet (on
order with H-D of Omaha). I called them to find out if they had any Dyna's
coming in any time soon. They just happened to have one that someone else
had ordered and they hadn't heard back yet if he was still going to buy
it. They called him and called me back and asked when I wanted to pick it
up! And their price was $4000 less than in Kansas City (one of the Worth
H-D's in KC had just sold one for that). They mark up about $1500 above
list which includes freight, dealer prep, etc.., but not TTL. They try not
to sell too far out of their area but they will if you are close enough.
Great bunch of guys, treating all of their customers very well from what I
could see while I was there. I have my next bike on order with them and
plan on doing much business with them for years to come." - SM 3/01
"Stopped in on the way to WA to get some new raingear and a lock.
Didn't have many new bikes except a couple Buell Blasts priced near MSRP.
They had a few consignment (?) used bikes on the floor with hefty price
tags. They appeared to be in the middle of remodeling. Counter
guys were friendly." - TH 10/01
"I haven't ever purchased a Harley from H-D of Omaha, because of the
long waiting list that they had, so I went to Elworth's and got one
off of his showroom floor. Anyway I took my bike into H-D of Omaha for
the 500 mile service and to replace the acorn nuts on the windshield which
had vibrated loose, which was the start of my nightmare. I go in and pick
my FLHRCI up, as I am looking it over I see a dent on the front of the
tank right behind the acorn nuts that had been covered up by touch up
paint. I talk to the mechanic, he tells me when he test drove it the
acorn nut fell off and bounced off of the concrete and hit the tank and it
wasn't his fault he says, he wasn't even going to tell me! I go in
and talk to the owner he tells me I am out of luck he won't do anything.
My opinion the idiot mechanic, a great big tall buffoon rounded off the
wrench and hit my tank. I wouldn't let these guys work on my kids
bicycle! Elworth's ended up replacing the tank for me for free." - CT
