"Outstanding Dealership! Totally professional and
personable in all respects. As an active-duty military member, I purchased
a bike while deployed overseas through the Military Overseas Vehicle
purchase program and chose this dealership as the delivery agent. Everyone
at this dealership - the manager, the financial rep, the service manager,
etc... provided me with first class service. I sincerely cannot overstate
my enthusiasm at the service I received or the personal recommendation I
provide to this establishment. They have a long-time customer in me." - BR

"Friendly, small with adequate parts, clothing and used
bikes. A few new ones, priced high as you would guess, $2000-$3000 over
list. There is a waiting list for locals ( in-staters ) that allows a
purchase at MSRP. Service Department leaves something to be desired." - TL

my cruise control after three other shops gave up! I did not buy my bike
there, but they have got a lot of my chrome addiction since day two. I had a
little accident back in Sept of this year and had them fix it up for me and
the bike looks as good as new." - BS 12/03 |

"Bought my 97 Heritage (in 97) here and if you don't
mind traveling up to Caribou, (for you New England dudes) you can pick up
a bike, pending its availability for MSRP. Paid $15,700.00 in 97 where
other dealers in N.E were $2K over that for same bike. Owner of dealership
met me & OL at airport and drove us to the dealership, personally delivered
my scoot, & we were on the road within an hour. Plan to work over the
phone/fax to set up sale prior to delivery day. Good people here!" -

around the Gaspe Peninsula in Quebec. I had to buy some extra equipment for
the trip. He gave me good advice and good service. His pricing is excellent.
His employees are polite." - BO 08/02 |

"I would not recommend using this dealership if it is at
all possible to go elsewhere. My bike went in for a 13 hour job and it has
now been 5 weeks and I am still waiting. Bike was taken apart when no
parts were available to reassemble. Hours billed exceeded hours quoted.
Customer Service is nonexistent. Scheduling/Service is scattered and
dishonest in dealing with customers, taking new jobs ahead of those
pending. Had to act as my own parts-locater. Finance lady was the only
pleasant interaction to be had, as she tried to help. I ignored the
warnings about their customer service reputation. That was my mistake.
They are terrible to their customers. That was their mistake. Never
again." - MA 04/04 |

"My experience with this Dealership unfortunately
is not good. I have numerous friends who have bought bikes from him
because he is the only show in town. They have all paid way
over MSRP. They receive their bikes, all full of fingerprints and
just plain filthy. It seemed like we were bothering them when a
friend of mine and I went to purchase a new Sportster. Service was
slow not at all enthusiastic and we were sorry to inconvenience them.
The Service Dept is understaffed. Recently received a date 4 weeks
away to change a tire. Harley makes a great product. This
dealer is a stealer and only in it to make the money. Doesn't care
who's keeping him in business. I'll never buy from him." -

"Have owned 2 Harleys and am in the market for a
new one. This dealership used to be in it for the love of the bike but
since owning a Harley has become such a status symbol these people care
only about the $ and are selling bone stock Fattys for $20500" - BB

"A friend recently bought a 2003 Road King from Big
Moose. It sold for $18,500, about $1K over list. The sales department was
very friendly and competent. Today he called to schedule his 1K service.
They said "No need to schedule, just bring it up." So far, so good at
Big-Moose." - ST 09/03 |
